To ensure your cookies arrive fresh and in the best condition, all orders are shipped Monday/Tuesday only. This helps prevent packages from sitting in transit over weekends or holidays.
Orders placed after Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday.
Shipping is a flat rate of $10, no matter how many cookies you order.
Our goal is to get your cookies to you as quickly and safely as possible — because your SweetTooth doesn’t like waiting on something sweet!
What’s your return/refund policy?

Since our products are freshly made to order, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed. However, if there’s an issue with your order (such as a missing item), please reach out within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
What’s the best way to enjoy our delicious cookies?

For the best experience, enjoy your cookies within 5 days of arrival. To keep them longer, store them in the freezer for up to 3 months. When you’re ready, warm them in the microwave for a few seconds to restore that soft, fresh-baked texture.
